Friday Finds #2

Friday finds is a meme hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading which showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list. Whether you found them online, in a bookstore, or in the library - wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased).

Hello again! How you are you all doing on this fine Friday? :D Me? That's nice of you to ask! xD I'm still ill, this bug is hanging around for ages - I think it's the flu. Sucks. ;_; Any who, I'm back for another Friday Finds, as you all may (or may not) know, I'm always finding new books I want to get my hands on, I have a long list! Slowly, I'm trying to read/purchase them, but until then I'm liking this meme - it lets me showcase some more recent ones I've found and want to get!

Friday Finds

Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire.
Abby Abernathy is a good girl. She doesn’t drink or swear, and she has the appropriate number of cardigans in her wardrobe. Abby believes she has enough distance from the darkness of her past, but when she arrives at college with her best friend, her path to a new beginning is quickly challenged by Eastern University's Walking One-Night Stand. Travis Maddox, lean, cut, and covered in tattoos, is exactly what Abby needs—and wants—to avoid. Intrigued by Abby’s resistance to his appeal, Travis tricks her into his daily life with a simple bet. If he loses, he must remain abstinent for a month. If Abby loses, she must live in Travis’s apartment for the same amount of time.

By Midnight by Mia James.
April Dunne is not impressed. She's had to move from Edinburgh to Highgate, London, with her parents. She's left her friends - and her entire life behind. Ravenwood, her new school, is a prestigious academy for gifted (financially or academically) students - and the only place her parents could find her a place, in the middle of term on incredibly short notice. So she's stuck with the super-rich, and the super-smart. Trying to fit in is tough - even when she finds a friend in the conspiracy-theorist Caro Jackson - and perhaps finds something more than friendship in the gorgeous, mysterious Gabriel Swift. When Gabriel saves her from...something in the Highgate Cemetery, then she discovers that a murder took place, just yards away from where she had been standing, April has to wonder if something more sinister is going on.

Eve And Adam by Michael Grant & Katherine Applegate.
In the beginning, there was an apple— And then there was a car crash, a horrible injury, and a hospital. But before Evening Spiker’s head clears, a strange boy named Solo is rushing her to her mother’s research facility. There, under the best care available, Eve is left alone to heal. Just when Eve thinks she will die—not from her injuries, but from boredom—her mother gives her a special project: Create the perfect boy. Using an amazingly detailed simulation, Eve starts building a boy from the ground up. Eve is creating Adam.

Who I Kissed by Janet Gurtler.
Samantha didn’t mean to hurt anyone. She was just trying to fit in...and she wanted to make Zee a little jealous after he completely ditched her for a prettier girl. So she kissed Alex. And then he died—right in her arms. Was she really the only person in the entire school who didn’t know about his peanut allergy? Or that eating a peanut butter sandwich and then kissing him would be deadly? Overnight Sam turns into the school pariah and a media sensation explodes. Consumed with guilt, abandoned by her friends, and in jeopardy of losing her swimming scholarship, she’ll have to find a way to forgive herself before anyone else will.

Summaries from Good Reads. I'm sorry for the length of them, I couldn't cut them down much this week. ^^; Anyway, I think they all look amazing, and I've only recently added them to my TBR list. What do you guys think? :3 Well, that's it for me today.
