"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

Hey Book Nerds! ^.^ How are you all doing today? :D I'm so sorry for the lack of updates lately, things have been weird for me - but hopefully things will be sorted out soon. :) My reading schedule has been a bit out of whack as well, so that's why I didn't post a Teaser Tuesday yesterday, sorry guys! ^^; There’s not a whole lot else to say really; but try not to forget I'm part of the blog tour for Aurora Sky: Vampire Hunter tomorrow - be sure to check it out along with my review and a giveaway. (: I hope you're all having a great week so far! :D

Title: Earthbound.
Author: Aprilynne Pike.
Expected Publication: July 30th, 2013.
Publisher: Razorbill.
Format: Hardback, 352 pages.

Tavia Michaels is the sole survivor of the plane crash that killed her parents. When she starts to see strange visions of a boy she’s never spoken with in real life, she begins to suspect that there’s much about her past that she isn’t being told. Tavia will soon to discover that she’s an Earthbound—someone with the ability to create matter out of nothing—and that she alone holds the key to stopping the Reduciata, an evil society that manipulates global events for its own shadowy purposes. Tavia will ultimately have to make a choice: to come into her powers and save the world from the evil Reduciata or to choose free will and a love of her own.

I absolutely LOVE the cover for this book, its fantastic! :D The colours are also so gorgeous. As for the book, it looks like it's going to be an incredible read. The premise looks amazing, I've always loved the whole 'sole survivor of an accident' type of books - does that make me weird? xD I hope not! :P I also love books with magical powers of sorts in. ^.^ What do you guys think of the looks of this book? :) Let me know!

What are you "Waiting On" this Wednesday? Leave me a comment or a link to your blog post and I'll be sure to check it out! :D Happy Reading. (:
